Student library profiles are created automatically, and are based on AAU Card number and corresponding PIN code. If you changer your PIN code, the library system will update within 24 hours.

Library profiles are not automatically created for staff members. You must create your own library profile before you can view your status and use advanced search.

Your username is your AAU Card number and the corresponding four digit PIN code you have selected. Please contact the library if your have forgotten your PIN code.

Only students and staff at Aalborg University can electronic resources via the Remote Access Control.

If you need to print, scan, or take photocopies, you can use your AAU card along with the four digit PIN code that  you use for card readers when entering AAU buildings.
