A number of departments are covered by the library's Department Delivery Service. The service is for VIPs only, and covers departments that have signed up for the service.
Once you have signed up for the service, we will register which department you belong to in your library profile. This means that when you request material in Primo in the future, and select "pickup location", your "work address/department delivery" will be added to the list of pickup locations. Select this option, if you want the material delivered at your department. If you at some point move to another department, please let us know so we can alter the pickup location in your library profile.
The service includes delivery of requested material to the department. You can pick up and return the material at your department, or return it at one of our branches. Please notice that the various departments have various delivery/return days. The library will let you know, when the requested material is on its way to you.
