Can I request material?
If you find something of interest in Primo, you can request it and later pick it up at one of our branches. In order to request material, you must log in.
When can I pick it up?
Usually requests are handled the following workday. You will be notified when the material is on its way to you. Students will be notified via their @student.aau.dk e-mail. Others will be notified via e-mail or letter. Processing time is usually 1-3 workdays, depending on where the material is placed and where you want to pick it up. The library has an extensive amount of material moving between branches. Thus, it may take a few days from the time of the notification to the arrival of the material at your branch library.
Please remember to check-out the material when you pick it up (Campus Copenhagen excepted).
Pick-up and return of material
You can pick up and return material at all branches. AAU students and staff are free to pick up and return material outside manned opening hours. Interlibrary loans are the only exceptions. These must be picked up and returned when the staff is there to receive it.
You do not have to return material to the same branch where you picked it up. Any of our branches will do!
