Online payment of fees
You can pay your fees online via "My Account" in Primo. You can use the above credit cards, MobilePay and Apple Pay (when paying from an Apple device).
The company Nets handles the library's payment transactions. Any transaction fees are paid by Aalborg University Library. The library will not at any point be informed of your credit card information.
How to pay
When you log in to Primo, unpaid fees will be displayed on "My Account" in Primo.
- Go directly to "My Account" in Primo
- Click on ”Pay Fee” to start payment. The next page will show the total sum to be paid. It is not possible to pay only part of the amount online
- The ”PAY”-button directs you to Nets, where the actual payment takes place
- You will receive an email receipt if you have stated you email address in the library system
- Once the payment transaction is through, your Primo Account is updated. Refresh the page if necessary
In the event that overdue payment of fees has blocked your library card, the block will automatically be cancelled once the fee is paid.
Current fee rates
The current fee rates are listed in the library's loan regulations.
From time to time we experience delays in the payment transactions at Nets. The amount will not be withdrawn from your Primo account before the transaction is completed by Nets. Not until then will you receive a receipt via email.
